What's Included? 

Our finest grass fed, grass finished longhorn beef. Raised locally in Whitefish, Montana. Final weight varies, but on average you will receive 150 lbs of beef with a half Beef. 

  • Ground Beef - 80 Ibs 
  • Steaks - 30 Ibs including Ribeye Steaks, Tenderloin, Top Sirloin & Strips. 
  • Other Cuts - 40 Ibs including brisket, roasts, ribs, marrow bones, & stew. 

We are now accepting deposits for our future processing dates. The final price for the quarter beef is based on final freezer weight and is $15 per finished Ibs. Final weight varies, but is on average 150 Ibs. 

Notes:

  • 1/2 beef requires about 8 cubic feet of freezer space. 
  • Shipped in 4 boxes.
  • Actual weight and sizes of cuts may vary based on the size of the animal.
